This was purchased as a first gaming PC for one of my daughters, and initially it did what it needed to do. Out of the box, it handled basic 1080p gaming, schoolwork, and general use without much setup. For someone who wants a ready-made system and doesn’t plan to tinker, it can function acceptably at first.i did have to purchase a WiFi adaptor, as the built in one did not connect consistently. Over time, however, the limitations of a budget prebuilt became clear. The most serious issue was the graphics card. It developed persistent driver-related failures that required reinstalling drivers multiple times per week just to keep the system usable. This wasn’t a one-off problem or user error. The issue continued across clean installs and updates and eventually ended with the GPU failing entirely, requiring replacement. Another major downside is the BIOS. There is little to no meaningful customization available, which severely limits troubleshooting and tuning. Even more concerning, there is no manufacturer support to update or recover the BIOS if something goes wrong. That effectively locks the system into its factory configuration and removes a safety net that more experienced users rely on. Beyond that, the system shows typical cost-cutting: • Generic power supply • Basic cooling and airflow • Limited upgrade flexibility without replacing multiple components Once repairs or upgrades were needed, the cost advantage of buying a prebuilt quickly disappeared. Who this is for • A child or teen’s first computer • Light gaming and everyday use • Buyers who do not plan to upgrade or troubleshoot Who should look elsewhere • Anyone expecting long-term reliability • Buyers who want BIOS access or tuning options • Anyone planning future upgrades Bottom line This can work as a starter PC, but hardware reliability issues — combined with a locked-down BIOS and lack of support — significantly limit its value. If you want stability and flexibility, building your own or spending a little more for a computer from an established manufacturer is a better long-term decision.

I bought this for my 15-year-old nephew, and it officially earned me the "Best Aunt in the World" title! He's a smart kid and gave me a list of specs he wanted, this system checked all the boxes. I don’t know much about computers myself, but according to him, it’s perfect for both homework and gaming (probably more gaming, if we're being honest!). It looks awesome in his room, and he absolutely loves it. If you're not super tech-savvy like me but want to get something impressive, this is a solid choice

I just got this delivered yesterday and it looks good. The packaging was "played" very safe. The lighting and all that look fantastic. The quality and performance are up to date. It runs modern games well. The weak intel processor is not that bad than I thought it was going to be. The RX 5600 XT GPU built into the PC is a really good graphics card. The connection is a little weak but so far, no random disconnections from day 2. Wired gaming headsets will not work in the PC. (I do not know if that is true or if it's my headset but would recommend buying a wireless bluetooth. The mouse that came with it was very cheap but, the keyboard was perfect so, I would recommend having a mouse ready to go before buying. This product is recommended. Will be keeping this PC for a while. Update: 7/05/24 The display HDMI ports did not work. Already sent it back and got ahold of Amazon for a refund.

I’m absolutely in love with it!!! I was so nervous to boot it up and hop on one of my games and be on a discord call at the same time…but the way it handled both so WELLLLL!! The graphics continued to stay high, and the person on my call even said it looked amazing (despite my screen share being at 720p, 30 fps)….IM SO GLAD WITH THIS PURCHASE!!!
