上蓋を外すとカッター部分も蓋と一緒に外れた。不良品で使い物にならないので、すぐに返品した。パナソニックの商品だから購入したのに。裏切られた思いだ。

This item is great far better than others I've bought on the market. BUT I notice the guarantee states valid only in the USA. This is strange as offered on Amazon I would have thought product would have a worldwide guarantee ?? Therefore buyer beware

It's fantastic. I though I would only be using it as a nose hair trimmer but the head shape and blade sharpness is so versatile, I use it to touch up the chin area of my beard, above and middle of the eyebrows, and of course, nose and ear hair. Fantastic product and looks and feels like the premium you pay for it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a higher end trimmer.

We have purchased several ear/nose hair trimmers before, and all have been disappointments. I found this one in a recent article online, featured in a men's magazine. I decided to get this one for my husband. Being in his early 50s, he has started to develop a noticeable amount of ear hair. As soon as it arrived, we inserted two AAA batteries, and he immediately tested it on his ear and nose hair. It worked wonderfully. The hair was cut easily, and no hair was left lying on the bathroom counter or floor thanks to the vacuum cleaning system. He said that, unlike his previous trimmers, this one did not pull on the hair, causing discomfort. Best of all, for the first time ever, his ear and nose hair was trimmed the way it should be. He hopes that this first-time experience continues to be a good experience every time. Time will tell.

Great product to address nose hair, ear hair and facial hair. (Yes, I know, not a great subject for discussion but ...) I puchased mine four years ago and it does a great job. It's very easy to use. Operates on two AAA alkaline batteries and don't switch to lithium--I tried it and the motor didn't run the same so back to alkalines. I especially like the fact that the trimmer vacuums the clipped hairs but is still washable. It's a little fussy for disassembly and reassembly but if you take your time and don't rush it, it's easy-peasy and makes the cleaning process go much more smoothly. It does a great job trimming unwanted hair and works beautifully. I've used mine every couple of days over the last four years and it still works like new. It is a little more expensive than other nose hair trimmers I've seen (and tried) but it is definitely much higher quality, also.
