That is not listed on the Nutrition charts, which only list the regular fat content (saturated fat at 10g or 51% of Daily Value(DV), Total fat at 16g or 25% of DV, Carbs at 23g (8% of DV), Sugar at 10g, Protein at 3g and Dietary fiber at 2g. Perhaps, Edaward Marc, the Chocolatier, wants to keep that info propritory and confidential, to limit their competition?

I have no idea why nutritional info isnt listed..but they taste real good..only thing ..make sure the pack it with dry ice...i ordered mine in summer and it came melted..and ran into issues...but yumm
