The pills are very big
Started taking these about 6 weeks ago as a family. In morning. We all noticed we had good energy levels in the morning. All of us had extremely good bowel movements the first week. I am a type 2 diabetic and I am also on Manjaro and it has stopped to working as well as it was but it is now working again taking this medication. Overall I feel like it's a very good benefit and so do the rest of us it's just these pills are a little too large to swallow for my elderly mother. I did end up getting her a gummy but other than that I would say that this is a great product. Also I have not noticed any pain relief

Contra indicated if on blood thinners
This was a mistake. If you are on blood thinners do not take this. Delivery was fine. There shoild be warnings on the bottle.
