Was feeling a little drained. Found these Moringa capsules on sale and decided to try it. Taking only a half dose to start. Feeling a gentle energy boost that lasts about half the day. Too early to tell if there will be a reduction in joint pain. The capsules are large but not unreasonable to swallow. Will continue and maybe level up to full dose or a second half dose later in the day to see what happens.

It does work as described. Been using it now for 10 days and I'm ready seeing the benefits.

Honestly dont really notice much of a difference and I've been taking for over 3 months. It does have an internal deodorizing effect at least. But no increase in eneegy or decrease in appetite so most likely will not repurchase
