I just purchased this hot towel cabi April 2025 and it’s already not working properly! (7/2025) The top part sometimes gets so hot it leaves burn marks on my (wet) towels .. and then sometimes (usually during my massage session) it stops heating completely!!!

This hot towel warmer is great for at home facials. Its easy to use and works well.

Use this in the salon, although now I want one for home, people love a warm towel, especially now the temps are dropping. Works well, I love it.

I run a home massage and therapy business and hot towels is an absolute must. My previous towel warmer was old and not very efficient. I needed an upgrade and after some research ordered the advwin Store 32L Hot Towel Warmer Cabinet. There was something about the double capacity that really intrigued me. The unit measures roughly 20 inches high, 18 inches wide and 14 inches deep. As evident by the pictures it has a top door and bottom door that combined have a 32 liter capacity. The temperature range is 140° to 176°. It heats up pretty fast at around 30 minutes and stays at your selected temperature till you turn it off. The liner is stainless steel and wont corrode with any moisture. It also has a removable drip try to catch and remove any moisture that drips down. Simply wet each towel, wring each out thoroughly and place in the warmer. it's that simple. Compared to my old unit this one this one regulates the temperature perfectly.
