Has anyone tried roasting these over a campfire?

We include on the packaging that they are not for roasting over for a fire because they melt. You can heat them above a fire and they will brown (I have done that). We have removed the sugars that keep the mallow shape when heating.

Would I be able to use these to make a "crispy treat" with keto cereal?

Yep! I did it… The texture is a little bit different as they don’t solidify in the same way as a regular marshmallow would once they’re cooled. But the taste is exactly as you would want it to be.

Whats the net carb count? My calculations say -1?

Hi, Our serving size is so small the nutrition calculator did not round the numbers up to whole numbers. The number is zero per serving and for the bag. My apology for any confusion!
