I have a CCW and believe that if you carry you should have some sort of bleeding control. This IFak is small but does the job for what I need. It's for something you may need one day or never use once in your life but the size makes it easy to carry on my backpack. The Molle appears to be strong too.

I agree with those that say this sticks out some, especially with a torniquet, however it is fairly slim on the width and height. Installed with molle on the side of a back pack, this thing is great. Also, I threw it in the car trunk and it takes up minimal space. Amazon or military surplus stores have the stuff to make this an awesome compact aid kit!

This is great quality material and stitching, but it’s an odd size - too small for much kit, but far bulkier than it’s dimensions suggest, so it’s an awkward size to fill the other section with.

This is a much better than a $10 pouch. No it's not LBT or Crye but for $10 you'll be hard pressed to find a better pouch. Coloring on the Multicam was good as well. Outside is very well made. Inside not so much but still serviceable.

This pouch is the perfect size for a war belt, holds just enough without being too bulky

Very nice pouch. The color is very close to OCP Scorpion. It blends in well with my gear.

Quality is decent seems like it will hopefully hold up through a bit of abuses. It’s still brand new so it’s possible it’s got to break in yet, but the zippers seem to snag a little bit when closing. Not a huge deal but hope it gets better.I will add that mine did not come with the patch so slightly annoyed by that as I believe it’s critical to mark first aid pouches for anyone to ID.

Excellent quality and the patch was very cool. Very spacious. I would've loved it, unfortunately it was a bit too large for my needs. But I might buy it again later for another device.
