Perfect PSU
The Corsair HX1500i is hands down one of the best power supplies I’ve ever used. It’s incredibly powerful yet surprisingly compact, which made installation much easier than I expected for a 1500W unit. Despite the huge power output, the PSU runs basically silent even during gaming and stress tests, the fan barely kicks on. The cables are really nice quality too. They’re braided, flexible, and clean, which makes cable management so much easier. Corsair also includes every cable you could possibly need and extra options for different setups, so you’re fully covered no matter what your build requires. Power delivery is stable, efficiency is great, and iCUE monitoring works perfectly for checking power draw and temps. Overall, this is an incredibly well built, reliable, and overkill in a good way PSU. If you want something small, powerful, silent, and loaded with premium braided cables, the HX1500i is perfect.

One of the Highest Quality 1,200 Watt Power Supplies Available
This review is for CORSAIR HX1200i (2025) Fully Modular Ultra-Low Noise ATX Power Supply with 12V-2x6 Cable – ATX 3.1 & PCIe 5.1 Compliant. I wasn't really looking for a new PSU, as I was super happy with my Corsair AX1200i. But I had it for almost 15 years, and I decided that since I was going to be moving to an RTX 5000 Series GPU that I was going to upgrade to a new PSU. My first thought was to get a newer version of my Corsair AX1200i, but unfortunately the only AX unit available was 1,600 watts. Anything over 1,200 watts should only be connected to a 20 Amp outlet, and I only have a 15 Amp outlet. So, I wanted to stay at 1,200 watts. I did heavy research on what were the highest quality 1,200 Watt PSU's. This lead me to a choice between three best: Corsair HX1200i (2025), Enermax PlatiGemini 1200W, and Super Flower Leadex VII XP PRO 1200W. Each unit had small variances between where they excelled, but all three were outstanding options. Overall, I decided to go with this Corsair HX1200i (2025). I liked the larger chassis for heat dissipation, the cables, and the iCUE link for PSU information. So far, I am very happy with the PSU. It is completely silent, has great output, nice cables (for the most part), and I like the iCUE link. I like the 12V-2x6 cable for RTX 4000/5000 GPU which supplies up to 600W, so it will work with an RTX 5090 without the need for adapter cables. In the iCUE software you can select to have this PSU operate as a single-rail or multi-rail PSU. I went with single-rail so that I don't have to bother with power balancing the rail connections. Also, the iCUE software is really nice. There are some things that I miss from my AX1200i though. First, there were more cables with the AX1200i, and the SATA cables had a better layout. The communication port setup was better. I could hide the adapter that had the activity light, and the activity light was not obnoxiously bright. The AX1200i also had a self-test button and nicer looking case. It was also 100% digital. There is talk of a new AX model coming down the road, but it sounds like it is a year or more away. There is something that I can't stand on this Corsair HX1200i though. The activity light is obnoxiously bright. To make it even more annoying, it is dome shaped. So, I can't just easily put a sticker over it. They layout of the SATA connectors could have also been better. On a Side Note: After doing research about PSU efficiency, it turns out that getting a PSU that is about double of what your system uses is roughly the best for efficiency, in addition to 80 Plus rating. Inefficiency generates heat. The more inefficient the PSU, the more heat it generates. If you are in a closed room, you can actually notice the heat difference in a room with a higher efficient PSU vs a lower one. Excellent quality for subpar price!
Excellent quality, would definitely buy again. Only complaints is that the 12 volt high power GPU cables are a little thin, but CableMod fixed that for me. Overall very nice design, quiet, and excellent quality. Performance is on par with higher units (definitely better than the 5x more expensive ASUS Thor that it replaced after the third RMA), lol. The power supply is consistent with less dips under load than expected, and honestly I have never heard the fan at all. Definitely quieter on the coil whine than other brands. Even pushing close to the 1500watt limit it is quiet and strong for hours on end. Would definitely buy again!

Powerful and Super Quiet PSU
Powerful and Super Quiet this PSU rocks. Save for one feature I would have liked to see is a power on LED light. The company states the fan will spin temporarily when you plug it in to let you know it is receiving power but an LED light would be exact and on and noticable every time. If your not looking at the fan you might miss the power on spin, then you think the PSU has an issue. Other than that small detail, it is SUPER Quiet and very powerful, great power saving technology as well. If your running power hungry equipment in your pc, this is a fantastic PSU to handle the load and doing it quietly. Cables are high quality and you can connect the PSU to a USB header to monitor your power as well, pretty slick feature I gotta say.

Lots of power
This is a great power supply. I currently have it in my new all-white gaming rig. It's fully modular, plenty of cables for even the most power hungry GPU. It's more than powerful enough for my rtx5070ti and fully rgb kit. Installation was relatively easy, all things considered. I had so do much to power that it took some time to figure out all the cables I needed, but that's not the fault of the power supply. Video below is of first start up, picture is after I got the bios setup and the rgb synced. 10/10 would recommend.

Needed this for a 5090
Needed this PSU for the RTX 5090. It hasn't given me any problems since I bought it, and it's pretty silent. it comes with an included 12VHPWR cable, which I am using on my GPU. So far power delivery hasn't been an issue at all and all the cables the PSU comes with is of premium quality. All of them are braided and are pretty flexible. Recommended for any high end build.

I have the POWER!
PSU is as advertised, nothing missing, no apparent defects in hardware. Cables are premium (no need for sleeved as they already are, unless you need other colors than black). The 12vHPWR cables are nice (2 in package with other usuals). Power cord is heavy duty but I wish (for Fiji) there'd also be a c19 AU/EU 3 pin wall plug included (a minor gripe). Would I buy again? yes, obviously (if going for a high end gpu). Would I marry this PSU? perhaps...but I am human so no. Very good psu, vinaka (thanks) Amazon and DHL Fiji.

Great power never fail, Corsair’s flagship PSU!
Way more power than what I actually need even though I’m running a 5090 G force card with tons of fans and a liquid AIO loop. It has no problem running it all. Love the USB connection for iCue.
