I know barley doesn’t exactly have the best taste (for me), but I know it’s healthy and have seen improvements in my digestion and weight as a result. I tolerate the taste…

The box is sealed. Although each sachet has a small amount of barley on it compared to IAM Barley that I have drink.

Honestly love how it makes you feel! Don’t take it at night because you’ll be up at night! Morning before a meal or mid day.:)

I don't usually write reviews for products I've ordered, but Sante Barley is an exception. I want to share with others how impressed I am with this product.
