Get Support with Any Shoe
I have plantar fasciitis and flat feet. I have Dr. Scholls inserts but they don't fit in all my shoes. That's when these soles come in. I can put them in any type of shoe and they are comfortable. I can put these in my shoes for walking and exercise and they stay put. Just make sure your shoes are semi clean before inserting the. I would recommend them for anyone who has no arches and plantar fasciitis.

Game changer for shoes that have no arch support!
Game changer for shoes that do not have arch support! Easy to put in your shoes and they stay in place. Just the right amount of support for your feet and eased the plantar fasciitis and back pain when wearing my favorite boots. Could walk all day and not get sore and tired like before. Great option for if you don’t want to pull out the insoles of a shoe but need the added support!!

Work well!
These worked really well for me! - The size of this arch support for me perfectly. It is a good amount of support for what my arch needs. - You have to make sure you place the sticker on the right spot so that it actually hits your arch. This can be somewhat tricky. - The sticker sticks for a while. I got a summer of wearing it in one of my sandals, but over time it does come loose. They don’t last forever and I wouldn’t suggest resticking them into different shoes, because they won’t stay. - As someone with arch pain, these were great when I needed to wear shoes that weren’t necessarily made with arch support. These aren’t a total fix and it would be better for my feet to only wear my shoes from higher quality, podiatrist recommended brands, but when I need a quick fix these work. I wouldn’t use them all the time though.

Keep moving when you walk
Really supportive and immediately helped fix my foot posture. Only downside is that these do not stay in the same spot. I wore them during a Disney trip and had to reposition them multiple times. At one point they went to the middle of my foot. The adhesive is absolutely awful. They do help a lot with arch support but might have to superglue them down or something to actually make it work long term.

Good product!
I need arch supports and many shoes don't have them, so these inserts are great. They do stick in place where you put them, but can be removed and reused easily and they don't leave a sticky residue inside your shoes. I use them every day!

Work great, very comfortable
Love these! I have high arches and I use these in shoes that don't have a good arch support.

A Game-Changer for Arch Pain – I’ve Repurchased Multiple Times!
I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis and arch pain on and off for years, especially after long hours on my feet from hiking and standing at work. I first tried these Dr. Foot Arch Support Shoe Insoles about a year ago, and they’ve become a must-have—I’ve bought this pack (3 pairs) twice now. They don’t eliminate the pain entirely, but they’ve significantly eased my heel and arch discomfort, letting me wear my hiking boots and trail shoes without that intense ache I used to feel by the end of the day. What stands out is the perfect adhesive balance. The clear gel material sticks securely inside my shoes, staying put even during tough, active days, with no slipping or bunching. Yet, it’s not too sticky—I can peel them off to move to another pair of hiking boots or replace a worn one without residue or damage to the shoe. I’ve used them in heavy-duty hiking boots and trail shoes, and they last about 4-6 weeks of daily wear before needing a swap. One small downside: They work best in shoes with removable insoles, as trimming for a custom fit isn’t easy (but the size fits my size 9.5 feet well). Overall, for anyone with flat feet or fasciitis, these are a practical, low-profile solution that delivers real relief. If you’re hesitant, take it from me—grab a couple packs like I did!

Not good for slip on shoes!
These are very comfortable once in place, but in the process of getting them in place, I had to stick and unstick them several times, so now they aren't as well adhered. And if I don't loosen my shoelaces enough, the pads role up when I put my foot in the shoe. It would be hopeless in a slip on shoe. Again, very comfortable once in place, but think about your types of shoes before purchasing.

Exactly what I was looking for. I bought a pair of Birkenstock like sandals from Winners and it didn't have much arch support. When I walked it made a suctioning fart sound, I sounded like a duck! With the plastic still attached to the adhesive I positioned it and made sure it was okay and felt right. Marked it with a pencil so I got the right placement and everything is great!

I tried these out for the first time in high-heeled mules and for an occasion where I had to walk awhile (I know better but I did it anyways!). I am very happy to report that they worked really well! They were comfortable and provided the support I need, plus they didn't unstick part way through. I was particularly concerned about that as I had stuck and unstuck the first one three times to determine the best placement in the shoe - but no, they stayed put. I will be added these to my other shoes that I love but haven't been able to wear anymore due to pain from hallux limitus.

These are excellent arcs, smooth and easy to fit in any footwear. My wife had a flat foot and these arcs helped her a lot in reducing the pain and increased the comfort.

They stick to the shoes. So it is best that you keep them and not move them from one pair to another. They take time to get used but after 1 week you forget they are there. It was a bit tricky trying to figure out where to place then exactly but I got it right at the end.
