Excellent product for hot water massage for back pain issues.

Feature of heat absorbing is superb. Good heating effective.

Bring the water to rolling boil ( uaballo bhoot jyada ). Then keep the gas on and submerge the pack in boiling water, cover the vessel and let it boil in it for 5 more minutes. Then it is ready to use. ( ROLL THE HOT PACK IN 2 TOWELS, DO NOT USE DIRECTLY)

Very bad it can't be 10min hot it's my humble request not to buy this item its having stone are not good
