Everyday training
My son fights mostly and uses this for his everyday Kumite. It’s super light weight and durable. He’s used it at least 5 xs a week for an hour . He’s had it over a year and it still is in good enough shape to spar in. I went to order another one but can’t find his size. It’s really worth it for fighters, in the gym
