Yes it is child safe and for an adult, it can be hard to open.

Sorry to get back to you so late. The ingredients do not list "vasodilators". I also looked at every word on the entire label and nothing about them. However, I would be interested in knowing if vasodilators are better to have included -- or not? If you get a chance please let me know. Thank you!
