Love this powder, which I use in my hair daily as dry shampoo. I have extremely oily scalp and my thick, Asian hair goes flat if I don't use this daily, which saves me from washing and styling my hair daily. I apparently can use this as food, but I've never tried it. WAY cheaper than any dry shampoo you can buy and works BETTER. The only problem is that with my dark hair, it shows up as too powder if I'm not careful with how much I put on my scalp.

This is a LARGE bag but I do use it to thicken soup,etc. I like that it has a snap closing bag but I also put some in a jar for easy use. Good price and works well.
