Ich habe nach Anthony Williams eine Schwermetallausleitungskur mit Wildheidelbeersmoothie ausprobiert, der Zutaten wie Gerstengrassaftpulver, Spirulina und Koriander enthält. Welche der Zutaten den größten Effekt hatte, kann ich nicht sagen. Nach einigen Tagen hatte ich starke Kopfschnerzen die vielleicht eine Woche anhielten, danach hatte ich ein gesteigertes Wohlbefinden, mehr Energie und Klarheit bemerkt.
