I bought it as a birthday gift for my husband and such a shame that it got stuck 2 times over the 5 minutes he tried to walk on it and I am going ahead and returning it now since it’s useless. It’s CERTAINLY NOT FOR OVERWEIGHT PEOPLE AND THE CLAIM IS WRONG!

i bought this sparnod sth 3080 foldable treadmill and i must say im impressed with the quality. it was packed nicely in the box, and very sturdy to use. it is quite heavy because of the metals used but its okay cause it shows that it is heavy duty. the incline is not that high but it helps a bit. they advertised this as 12kmph is the maximum speed but its only until 10kmph, but its still fast if you wanna run. love this!! go buy it and get that 10k steps a day 😝

The power cord is tooo short, it assumes that you’re gonna keep the machine stuck to the wall. I had to buy a replacement cord separately. And apart from that the original cable doesnt even fit the socket that well. Rest everything is great and it works as advertised. It would have been nicer if the machine was a bit longer as i have a longer stride but thats nit picking.

Very good and practical

To anyone that are planning to buy this machine, kindly take a step back and realise that this purchase will hurt you financially. Neither this machine will help you with your weigh loss or fitness goals or the company's service centre will help you genuinely with the repairs. Personally at the time of buying, my husband weighed around 87kg which was well within their weight limit of 110kg. He would just use the machine for walking at a speed of around 6.5kmph for about 25 to 30 min a day for like 4 days a week. For a month or two, it held up pretty well. But later we came across a burning smell that was coming out from the treadmill itself. We presumed that the friction might be the issue so, we oiled the walking pad hoping to eliminate the burning smell. Alas, we later found out that the burning smell would not perish and we finally decided to crank up the AC just for the treadmill. We both travel a lot, as a result of which we were not able to use the machine consistently after that. Soon after hitting the 6th month or so, warning began to emerge as in the form of sudden freezing up of the belt, extreme heat radiating from the machine and so on. We contacted the customer care, but they were very late and lame to respond. We had to chat with them via whatsapp, there was no option to call them urgently or anything like that which was extremely frustrating. The whatsapp replies would typically take around 2 days or so for their reply. Because of a lame service like this, he began not to use it that much. At the 9th month, the belt freezed during sudden workout and my husband was about to fall down from the machine. This happed more than 10 times. We contacted the service center and the same thing, they would eventually send a technician who would come at their own free time so we would have to take half day fromwork just for this. They came 3 or 4 times and changed the motor and went away, none of which rectified the real issue and the belt sudden stopping would happen again and again such that we lost a track of it and my husband eventually decided not to use it at all. We contacted the service team regularly for months to come and even emailed the company with relevant pictures and nothing happened. Now its there in a corner of our home like a waste waiting to be thrown away.
