Great product

I’ve been taking this at full dose recommendation (3 capsules) for four months. I metabolize quickly so I started at the full, 3-pill dosage. I had no ill effects after the first month and ordered a second bottle. I began to feel the effects after about 1.5 months. I don’t see an increase in energy that others are reporting, but I definitely feel the increase in brain function/clarity. I was struggling with the perimenopause brain fog and got this to help. I’m glad I stuck with it! I’m no longer in that “fog” (I don’t have a better word for it) where I cannot remember key details and struggle to communicate at a level I’m accustomed. I’m four months into taking this and will continue for now. I don’t like that the capsules are so large and that I need to take three. We should be far enough along in our science where we can minimize the quantity we take without reducing the dosage. That’s why I took off one star.
