I have been a Sleepy Time girl forever, but I wanted to try something new and this tea is it! I can’t speak on digestion, but I can tell you it’s an amazing replacement for a glass of wine in the evening to relax. It smells amazing as soon as I open the resealable bag (so much better than the foldable paper things in boxes), tastes amazing (no sweetener needed) and 50 teabags in the package? Value! Will definitely be getting these again!
