Love these so much! They actually stay warm for 8 hours and provide enough heat to help keep my muscles loose enough while I'm moving around at work. I have an autoimmune disease and fibromyalgia, so all my muscles and joints pretty much always hurt. I find this form of the Thermacare heat wrap products is most versatile and stays in place well, I use them mainly along my back, neck, and shoulders (also the neck and back ones are great; the joint ones don't stay in place as well for me; all have adhesive except the back ones which have a velcro-type attachment). I find I often can even reposition them a couple times before the stickiness stops sticking well.

I've used several of the ThermaCare heating pads, in different sizes. This one didn't disappoint, although the heat doesn't last as long as other TC products (8 hours is about it, as noted on the box). They are easy to apply, stay in place, and the skin area heats up fast, providing quick relief. Have noticed some inconsistencies, though, in the product. One in the box works well, another doesn't heat up as well or last as long. They're not cheap, though, especially if you use them nightly, as I have to at times. No problem wearing them while sleeping, although with repeated use my skin gets itchy from the adhesive. Easy to live with that given reducing pain!
