Yes, it really is true to taste & texture. A bit of cool water & let it sit after mixing (it takes some practice to get the thickness right) & you get actual cream cheese. Their other offerings (except the cheeses) are also great- cream, milk (not exactly on the nose, but oh, so close) are worth the investment for a vacation home, rv, boat or camping.

Will this work in a cheesecake?
