If I run out of this vitamin and have to go a few days without it my vision deteriorates significantly Once I begin taking it again my vision improves back to my normal ability. Without it I have to wear extra strength glasses, with it I can use my normal Walmart readers. I buy two every two months and put one aside for future use. Great vitamin!
