The heating pad works great and is easy to use. I did not notice any odor after heating the shoulder wrap as some people have mentioned. Nice not having to be tied to an electrical cord.

I bought it for neck pain warming it on the microwave and it works perfectly fine, it keeps the heat long enough. As an information I used it with a light towel so I keep it clean.
