Delicious. Like a green apple sour not a lemon sour. Add to limeade or lemonade for lasting tartness along with the bright zing of the citrus acid in lemons. Great product.

This stuff will turn your fresh strawberries into sour candy! Saw a chef talk about this in a YouTube video and decided to try it out. It's addictive and how much you use is completely up to you. I'd recommend starting with no more than a scoop for a pound of strawberries. Add at least a tablespoon of sugar as well. All my friends were crazy impressed and it was the hit of my game night. This 8oz container will easily make probably a few hundred strawberries, depending on how sour you want it. Enjoy!

I love this stuff. I use it to make lime juice when I’m having big parties. It’s perfect. There’s a bunch of recipes for super juice out there. If you guys don’t know look it up!

Mainly use it on sour candy, and it works great. It’s affordable at around $8.50 after tax, and it even comes with a micro spoon for easy measuring.

Great product, ordered multiple times. I suggestion is if you are lucky enough to get one with a scoop in the container then keep it for the next order. Chances are it will be missing like mine was.
