The best kept secret!
Arguably some of the best cooking oil, ever! Very high smoke point, but unlike other oils it adds zero flavor, so that your meals remain pure. Aka very versatile cooking oil. Works extremely well with high heat gas ranges. Not a bad value for the money, especially since a little drizzle goes a long way. Algae cooking oil is known for being low in saturated fats & high in unsaturated fats; Omega-9 fatty acid is known for its anti inflammatory properties.

Good but pricey
Good tasting but too expensive for the little bit you get. I like that it is sustainably sourced and healthy for you but I simply can't afford this on a regular basis. Wish I could.

My go-to neutral oil.
Deliciously I blend it into homemade balsamic dressing and drizzle in a tablespoon or three while whisking up the most tender scrambled eggs: gone through several bottles this year and my cholesterol numbers have never looked better. As my doctor says “Only positive results” 😂 I don’t find it buttery I find it extremely pure and neutral tasting. It cooks quite clean with its high smoke point and the squeeze bottle is easy to use. A little expensive but sometimes you pay more for a product nobody has heard of that everyone will be using in a few years.

The best heating oil of all
I always was and I still am an advocate of avocado oil with its high flashpoint while I’m online one day I came across a new OIL in my life, which I was very impressed with and may I say it’s presense in my kitchen cupboard is well received. I look forward to working with it with my VENISON and other wild creatures.
