Great product and customer service
Initial product was faulty after two months. Emailed customer services and Jaina immediately sent me a replacement which arrived within 2 days. Amazing product and even better customer service! Thanks so much!

Great travel steamer
Arrived quickly, ready to steam my son’s suits before a cruise. Works well, heats up quickly and got with off creases from a new folded shirts and a suit. I’m definitely taking it in my suitcase from now on as it’s a good small size

Works well but is heavier than expected especially if taking on holiday. Also it requires serilised water (I think they mean distilled) but where do you get hold of that when you're abroad on holiday? I took mine on a cruise but never used it - couldn't be bothered.

It’s Brilliant….
I’m really truly impressed with this, I thought it wouldn’t be any good and I be sending it back 🫣 I had to try it out straight away and It’s brilliant, heats up within seconds, it’s lightweight and it was delivered same day. Definitely putting it in my suitcase for my jollies….. Theres only one thing I wish it had came with a storage bag, but still 10 out of 10 for me 👍🏻

Handy travel steamer
Purchased to rage away on holiday. It’s not heavy, but not too light either. Very easy to use and handy to see the water level, which evaporates quite quickly - so be mindful. Gets the minor creases out with ease

Loose the creases and look good when you go to dinner.ner.
Easy to pack, lightweight. Will recommend to get the creases out of clothes in well packed suitcases.
