防災用と、夜道の安全用に買いました。色もオレンジで目立つし、音もはっきり聞こえてよいです。 二つあるので、親子で持っています。価格も安くて求めやすいです。

山へ行くのにもしものために購入しました。かなり大きな音でびっくりしました。 使うことがないといいですね

近頃地震やらも多くなっていたので、念の為に購入しました。 試し吹きしましたが、問題なく音は出ています。 まだ使用もその程度なので何とも言えませんが、使う機会が訪れない事を願いながらも、使うことになった際にまた追記する事になるかと思います。

しっかりした音が出ていて品質は満足。だが実際にクマよけに効果があるかは、不明。これからキャンプに持参します。

就寝時寝床に置いとくと、もし地震で外に出れなくなった時に声を出すよりも楽に知らせを出せます。このくらいの値段だと気軽に買えますね。

Excellent whistles. Very loud tones with minimal blowing effort. Quality lanyard won't break under normal use. Orange color is useful for emergencies AND to let water law enforcement officers see that you're carrying the required whistle. No moving parts, no ball etc.. so very reliable.

I read all the negative reviews, about how this whistle wasn't loud enough, after I placed the order and before receiving them. I was saddened to hear this as they're intended to be used on my kayak, and the last thing I want, in case of emergency, out in the middle of a lake, is to have a whistle no one can hear. Upon receiving them, the first thing I did, obviously, was to blow on them expecting some soft tweet to come out. I was in my bedroom, and blew as hard as I could once. Literally, it was so loud my ears rang from the decibels. I thought, yup that's certainly loud enough, lol! Then I thought, well I'm indoors, let's try them outside. One blow, and again... they're definitely loud enough. They seem well made and look like they'll last for awhile. Solid whistle... I think I keep 'em.
