Betty Crocker Bisquick Buttermilk Biscuit Mix, 7.5 oz (Pack of 9)

A simple to make biscuit (scones to me) pre-mix. I used Airfryer insteand of Oven for ease and no need to clean up. The scones turned out nice, soft and taste right. Yummy to add butter and jam. Keep in fridge and re-heat by 30 seconds microwave, perfect.

These are great tasting and sooo easy to make, just add water! They are super fluffy and moist and my family loves these with winter stews. Great quality with a great price! I definitely recommend

Perfect every time! So for me, I start by pre-heating the oven to 450 [convection]. I add a spoonful of turbinado sugar with the dry mix ingredients in a bowl and mix with paddle. Then I measure water to about 1/8" below the 1/2 cup mark and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the water before adding it to the biscuit mix in the bowl. I then roll the dough on top of flower on my counter to about 5/8" - 1/2" and cut with a 2 1/4" cookie cutter [ I NEVER do the "drop biscuit" method]. I also keep a small shaker of flour handy to sprinkle over the dough to prevent sticking. By the time I am cutting the last biscuit, my oven hits 450 F. In they go for 9 minutes. Makes 6 perfect biscuits. EVERYTIME! Here's a couple of hints: Don't use more than 2 teaspoons of vanilla - it will become too sticky. Same goes for the sugar - don't overdo it. Good luck! PS. Bisquick is so dependable and always provides a great biscuit that tastes great. These packages were a great value for the price and provided the perfect size to put with a Christmas gift of homemade jelly and jams. I would recommend this package to anyone as a great way to have an affordable, small sized package that has become harder to find in traditional stores.
