To go with an Infrared Sauna and Red light panel and also an infrared incandescent bulb. All used simultaneously, ofc. I can't say how well these are working, but no fried eyeball black eyes, yet.

I have recently started red light laser at home. These glasses work great to protect my eyes. Comfortable, and they fit well.

These are very lightweight green glasses. They fit on my face pretty good and they are not uncomfortable. I am able to look at my red light therapy device with comfort while I am wearing these glasses. These glasses do a good job at protecting my eyes. I did not experience any major light leakage while wearing these glasses. Overall, I am happy with these glasses, they do a nice job.

This is a great pair of red light therapy protective glasses. I really like my red light therapy panel, but I hated having to just sit with my eyes closed with blackout glasses for 20-30 minutes at a time - just felt like such wasted time! These are great because they protect my eyes, but I can read through them! I put them on, they fully protect my eyes, then I put on my glasses over them and can read, browse the web, etc during the light session. Win-win!
