This definitely helps me sleep

Having tried a variety of non-drug approaches without success, I thought I’d give these a go. To my surprise, they worked. Very well indeed. I prefer the drops to the spray as the spray contains xylitol - though the spray works even better than the drops. The taste is very pleasant. I find that taking the drops and then reading for 10 minutes works best, if the book is interesting.

Best quality sleep

Didn't work for me. It was recommended by two friends. I may give it another try not expecting any miracles.

I've had problems sleeping for years. 6hrs of broken sleep is a great night but when stressed frequently drops to 2 or 3hrs. Been prescribed sleeping pills before and although they knock me out, they also make me drosy the next morning and leave a horrid taste. I was pretty sceptical about Rescue Remedy but I have been really pleasantly surprised. The taste is good. As it is only a few drops, it kind of dissolves rather than having to swallow. Fall asleep naturally and wake up far less often tht usual and when I do, I find it easier to get back to sleep again (when the other half and/or the cat are not snoring their heads off). Not drowsy the next morning at all. It works for me.....def worth a try.

My son is autistic and would take what felt like forever to settle, he would be in and out of bed, messing about, and using his bed as a trampoline, he was refused medication from the doctor ( don't know why ) I saw these and was a bit wary but OMG i have seen a big difference, he settles so quick now, these are a god send, I've also bought the remedy calm for day. Would definitely recommend these.

I’m a big fan of Bach products and this was a must of losing my wife. I needed help to get over the shock and keep a clear head for the many things I have to do. I recommend it. It use two files of the liquid twice a day.
