I bought this water bottle for my daughter for Christmas and it’s leaking. I shall be returning it and asking for a full refund

So I love this brand of bottles but this is the first time I got this model, where there's an elastic band towards the top. Which that in itself is fine but my god this bottles actual rubber ring that prevents water falling out keeps on coming loose and there's been many times where my bag has ended up getting wet and soggy. I've never had this problem before with other models. Pissing me off.

Llego antes de la fecha que me dieron cuando realicé la compra, está muy bonito, se ve y siente de excelente calidad, ya lo he estado usando por un par de días y cumple lo que promete, no hay derrames, no necesitas desenrosca para el llenado, puedes tomar sorbiendo o si levantas la boquilla tomas normal. Su candado permite que la tapa no se abra y no se derrame.

I like the bottle overall but after about 2 months of use, I noticed the top rubber section is full of mould and very difficult to clean. No good…

I was looking for a water bottle that was smaller and more portable than my Stanley for times when I don’t need a ton of water. I didn’t want to spend a lot on an Owala, so I came across the Ello bottle—and I’m really glad I did. One thing I love about this brand is the color combinations; they’re honestly cuter than a lot of other options out there. It’s also very easy to drink from, and I love that you can refill it without having to fully open the lid. I added a small amount of ice overnight and while the ice didn’t last, my water was still very cold by morning. The handle makes it comfortable to hold and carry, and it doesn’t leak at all when tilted, which is a big plus. My only small complaint is that the button to open the lid takes a bit of force—you do have to press pretty hard to get it open. Overall, this is a great, more affordable alternative if you want something functional, cute, and easy to take on the go
