I have been interested in an electric bike for all sorts of riding. Street, bike trail, path and to pull a kid trailer. This bike does all of that plus more. Unboxing, assembly was pretty straight forward. All tools required were provided which made it convenient. The hardest part might have been aligning the front brake rotor in between the caliper. Once that was done, I just needed to tweak and adjust the caliper settings to fix the drag issue. I did notice the front reflector was broken from shipping but that's a minor detail. The bike has an exceptionally smooth ride due to the wide tires with plenty of grip. This makes riding through grass, gravel, and dirt very easy. The seat drops pretty low so that even my 5'2" wife can ride the bike. I even like how far back the kick stand sits so that while it's down, you can still back up the bike without it catching on the pedals. The electric pedal assist is extremely easy to use and convenient that you don't need to switch anything in order to use full electric mode. There's still shiftable gears in the rear for normal riding. Battery life has been very good. Battery usage does depend on type of terrain, power level, and rider weight. But that's the same for anything battery powered. At the time of this review, I have now road the bike for 22 miles. I am quite impressed by this bike. It has performed so well and makes me really enjoy the bike rides. Everything arrived in perfect condition and required minimal assembly. Manufacturing is good quality. The range of battery is decent. The battery can be removed from the bike and can be charged separately. There is a status indicator on the battery is super handy. There are left and right indicators on the bike which is useful too and something I haven’t had on any other bikes. Its easier to bike on different paths including gravel and grass because of the fat tires. That also adds weight to the bike. The seat is comfortable too and feels plush. The gears are smooth and shift easily and seamlessly. I used it with a kids bike trailer attached and the entire ride was smooth and comfortable. The speedometer is accurate and the assist options are useful when I want to contribute to biking. But I can also use the full throttle mode if I don’t want to pedal at all. The assist mode has 4 options/levels that changes how much you have to pedal on your own. The bike has front suspension only. It absorbs shock well and make the ride comfortable and enjoyable. A rear suspension would have been a great feature too though. The bike rack is sturdy and very handy to store items. There is a horn on the bike too. Overall, lots of bells and whistles on this bike and I enjoy this a lot.

I got this e-bike two weeks ago, and it has honestly been incredible for me. It's super convenient to ride around on. It's also fast enough that I have little need for a car! There's so many features that just make it easy to use, like the removable battery. I can just take it off, plug the charger in, and go to sleep. You rarely have to charge it, too; the battery lasts for a long time. It has a screen that displays your current speed and bike assist level, which can cap out your speed depending on how you're feeling. Want to go fast? Set assist to 5 and go 24MPH. Want to casually pedal? Set assist to 2 and go at a calm 10MPH. Since you might use it on the roads, it also has lights on the front and back and a very good loud horn. The lights on the back double as a turn signal; you can flick a switch left or right to indicate which way you're going. Overall, it's been great, and I have no regrets.

This is a great bike for the price. The motor is smooth, the electric interface is easy to use, and the entire things has top notch build quality. Some other review I saw before buying this bike said it was built like a tank and I second that comment. Of course it is a cheap bike so materials used are not lightweight but that is an acceptable and expected tradeoff. I took one star off because there are two glaring deficiencies. The seat on this bike is the slim long-nose kind which is maybe suitable for a racing bike but definitely not what you want for comfortable city cruising or commuting. And what is worse is that the seat mount has the lower part of seat clamp glued into the stem, which reduces your options for mounting other seats. Also, you get an impressive array of regular and allen wrenches with the bike but I could not find one needed to unscrew the allen screw which constrols seat attachment and angle. Had to use my own tools for that. Basically, the entire seat and everything to do with it seems like kind of an afterthought on this bike. This stands out because of how well everything else is put together. I have put in some work and upgraded the seat (see photos). It is possible and makes the bike experience much better. The second issue is more minor but it was just odd to me that this bike has great safety features like securely mounted and well-positioned reflectors, night lighting and even turn signals... but no rear view mirrors. And once you try to add the mirrors you realize that it is difficult because the handlebar is so crowded with bike controller and gear shifter. I ended up installing a handlebar extension rod just to have good spots for the mirrors (far enough to the sides for the rider to be able to see around themselves and not just their arms blocking the view). Again, see photos. So anyways, great bike with a surprisingly crappy seat and a build that is very sturdy but may require some patience to mod and upgrade.

Only road 10 miles but battery still at full bars. Rides great! excelleration is more than adequate. It's is s bit heavy but built good. Tires are aligned well with no wobbling. Overall well satisfied at this point.

Bought 1 for my wife and son. Put my wife’s together (easy assembly, took about 30 min) test drove it for 30 seconds, and immediately had to get one for myself. Going from a regular bike to this really opens your world. We’ve put about 100 miles on each so far, and they’re all doing great. Ton of fun, and a great family activity. Wish I could get one for each member of my extended family.

Great bike but you'll need to be on the taller side to mount comfortably. Fast sturdy and long lasting battery.
