Sizing was difficult - I had to return/exchange sizes a few times until I found one that fit me correctly. However, now that I have one that fits, I like it! Applies some compression but doesn't feel too tight either. I like that it is adjustable and that it has a zipper/front opening. Recently had a shoulder injury, so that front closure was really helpful for getting it on and off!

I am 6'2" and weigh about 218 lbs. Not in good shape. Needed something to hold in my stomach while helping with my posture (bonus). I took my measurements twice before checking the provided size chart. Per the chart, I was informed I needed a size (XL). I double-checked all of my dress shirts. They were all (L) or Size 16 (U.S.). Tried them on for good measure. All shirts fit correctly. But I decided to follow the provided chart anyway. Note: I had read ALL reviews first. Today I sit here wearing my just delivered compression shirt. It fits well. And I look a lot better with it under a shirt. The comfort level is perfect. In the desert, though, I expect it will get warm. But I can live with that. I was able to drink water and eat without choking or getting anything stuck, which happened to me years ago after I wrapped up for a night on the town using an Ace bandage. Not recommended. My stomach looks much better now, but I could not help thinking it would look even better with a size smaller, the (L), the same size as my dress shirts. So I ordered another to find out. She bought him a (L) and said it fit. In any event, as someone noted, if you plan to lose weight, consider what size you want to wear after weight loss. So either way, I know I can use the smaller (L) size, too. After the (L) arrives tomorrow, I will update this review.

Cool to wear. Post liposuction surgery vest extra substitute. Doesn't rub undergarment area. Inner abd vest 3 tightness options. Use XL shirts ordered XL, wt 224lbs. Ht 5'8" easy zip closure works well. Day 1 of 2hrs use so far snug and comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product. It definitely fits nice and snug. It does a good job of supporting my back and keeping my posture nice and upright. It helps tighten up the problems areas around my stomach and love handles. It also keeps the moobs in check. :) It looks good under your clothes and definitely gets your to the figure you are looking to achieve. If you put a tank top over it, you won’t really notice it too much under your clothes. It doesn’t interfere with working out and the materials is very breathable. You can wear it for hours with no real annoyance. I am very impressed with the product, just wished it came in extra small because I already dropped to the last links and need a smaller one already about 1.5 weeks into wearing so I think it works!!

So the suggested size was correct. I like the color and fabric. The only issue I have is that the metal hook and loops are TINY and time consuming to attach. More often than not, the one you just hooked becomes undone when you try to attach the next one. Frustrating. I had a previous surgery center garment that had LARGE hook and loops and was 10X easier to wear. They still make them but they are crazy expensive. For the price I can live with the quirks.

After loosing a lot of weight, nearly 100 pounds I was able to get to get an abdominoplasty or easier to say excess skin removal surgery. With my procedure I also got a translocation of umbilicus (belly button) other wise my belly button would have ended up about the pubic bone area. Anyone who has had this procedure or other abdominal surgery knows you are often placed in a binder to provide compression. I’m told it helps with healing. Since I only had one binder I got another one like the one I came home from the hospital in. Due to my medications for various medical conditions I’m healing slowly. I started to find the binder more uncomfortable more so as I was able to move around. After the drains came out. We my doctor and I discussed the need for compression for longer period. Perhaps even up to a year given my age I’m 62 and on medications to treat my psoriatic arthritis. I was told that I could try tight biking shorts as regular compression shorts wouldn’t go high enough Searched for a more comfortable option. At first I tried just a compression tank top without additional compression layer. It may have been ok if I hadn’t over done it I developed a seroma that required draining not a comfortable process. As a result the doctor wanted me in heavier compression longer period of time. So back to the binder it and I started my search again. This time I thought I’d include a high waisted compression underwear shorts I got both boxer brief, and brief style I came across to options from this company this one and a pull over or step in tank. Both provide a nice compression and then including the high waisted underwear I’ve been very comfortable, I can move around without feeling the binder. Of the 2 styles I do prefer this one may only have an issue with it. One is the zipper it comes so high that an eagle pendant taps on as I move. Im sure the reason for it being so high has do with the fact this top is or can also be used for gynecomastia or man boobs. I also have that to some degree and may get that done as well. The second is it pushes some remaining excess skin up so it kind of bulges over the top of arm hole. Not a problem as I don’t think I’ll be wearing just this top. Over all I find this top product very comfortable so much so I’ve ordered a couple more of them along with the underwear to wear while I wash them. I do wash it in a front load washer on delicate cycle and in a large laundry bag then air dry it. If you need compression either post surgery (discuss with your doctor) or just to look slimmer while loosing weight and getting healthier. Get this product and you may consider the compression undershorts.

I bought these from other companies. These are really garbage. They run way too small. I get a size bigger and this one is still too tight and it's just a rip off.

I’ve spend money on these things before, but always struggled with length and support of my unusual “larger-than-normal” love handles. I bought it 1 size up knowing I could clip it into a smaller size, but it turned out to be perfect. I wish I found this one much sooner.

Very well made product. Much better than the simple straps that don't stay in place. Planning to order the next lower size once a few pounds come off.
