came wired wrong. the top of motor has 3 terminals red, yellow and black. The yellow and black had to be reversed for the motor to run in the proper direction . Other than that, the winch works great.

I like this winch a lot. I had to make a modification of the engage handle. My winch bumper won't work with this winch until I replaced the handle with a different one. The winch wouldn't sit flat until I installed the new handle which has a lower profile. It's not the winches fault. The height of the interior bumper wasn't quite high enough to accommodate the winch with the higher profile of the handle. I'm including a photo of the new handle, too.
