I ordered a shofar. But the shofar is missing. The parcel only contained a bag and a brush. Please advise.

It’s beautiful and the bag for storage is also beautiful. I am not going on stage to play it just yet, there is an art to it, but I have managed a few notes on first blow so inspiring, it comes with a guide as well. So highly recommend, the demons hate it.
