For how healthy it is, it is good. It's a little grainy for me and the cinnamon flavor is a little too powerful. If there was a way to make this lighter/fluffy that would be great. I think folding it into whipped egg whites might do the trick!

Horrible quality control. This is how I received mine after waiting a long time to get it. Then they play games refunding me. This is a non refundable item even if it comes damaged and you can’t use it as you can see in my picture below. It’s expensive too. Not worth the money when I can make my own. Hopefully I get my money back. I feel like I was ripped off. They didn’t seal the bag correctly and it caused a huge mess when I opened the bag Amazon shipped it in.

I enjoyed this pancake mix. I really love the cinnamon kick to it. And it makes it very easy to get your protein intake in per day. It’s definitely more healthy for you than eating a standard pancake. I sweeten it with honey. It was delicious.

Better than most but very dry. It makes you want more syrup or some sort of topping. After 1 you really don’t want another. I guess that’s good for weight loss but it doesn’t give you enough protein. Also it doesn’t taste too much like cinnamon. I love cinnamon and wanted more of the flavor so I made a topping of high protein green yogurt + maple syrup + cinnamon whipped it and put it on top and it helped with the overall taste and dryness. I wouldn’t buy it again. There are some great diy recipes out there that come out much better.

I purchased this with the intent to make low dog at high protein donuts for my kids to have for breakfast. They really need a lot of protein to feel satisfied and I’ve been testing different recipes. When I made this batter per the protein plus recipe it was very runny which I expected for a pancake batter but didn’t want to waste any so did a trial run in a small plan first. They came out fine but were kind of flat and not a ton of flavor. For the rest of the batter I added a good bit more of cinnamon, vanilla and a touch of baking powder so they would fluff a bit more. The photo is the last batch. For 2 cups of mix I got 18 donuts. Not sure if this is worth the value but they are pretty good. I typically use a regular pancake mix and add seasoning and Earth Chimo vanilla protein. I probably will try the pumpkin flavor for this protein powder and also the peach flavor for our ninja creami. Overall happy with this and how it came out and price isn’t terrible for protein.
