I bought these moringa capsules from Whole Foods because I heard so many moms say it helped increase their milk supply. I’m currently breastfeeding and looking for natural ways to boost production, so I figured I’d give it a try. First off, the quality seems great — the capsules are easy to take, don’t have any weird smell or aftertaste, and I love that the ingredients are clean and simple. I also feel good knowing it’s from Whole Foods, so I trust the sourcing. That said, I haven’t noticed a big difference in my milk supply yet. Every mom’s body is different, so I’m staying patient and will keep taking it a bit longer before deciding for sure. Even if it doesn’t boost milk for me personally, I know moringa has a lot of other health benefits — like helping with energy and nutrients — so I’m okay continuing for that reason too. I’ll definitely update my review if I notice changes in the coming weeks!
