The cookies are great have a light not overly sweet vanilla taste when compared against other alternatives this tastes more like the sugared version. It does have a bit of a sandy mouth feel after you eat it however it does go away quickly and for me it was fairly easy to get used to.

Simply delicious! I am a fan for life. As a Type 2 diabetic, I cannot tell you how happy I am to be able to have Rip Van Leo's and Rip Van Wafers as a source of enjoyment with my daily cup of tea. If I knew about these sooner I would have chosen these over any other cookies! Thank you!! I just love these cookies!

These are delicious, hard to find cookies. Wish I could subscribe and get them a little cheaper!

I cannot eat cookies that are full of sugar. I was astonished to find that these cookies are as delicious as regular cookies. I find it difficult to stop eating them.

These are good for low carb.. they are very small cookies though
