I just received this and first impression - definitely excited. First thing I noticed, the packaging was quality. Normal box, normal styrofoam, but they definitely put thought into shipping. The box itself has those little plastic ties around it, but they taped over it nicely to keep it from snagging or pulling on anything. Open the box and everything is snug as a bug in the box, and taped down. Nothing is moving inside the box during shipping. The paperwork, parts, power cable were all in a bag taped to the bottom of the box. The booklet is in English, Easy to understand, with pictures and the instructions are clear and concise. It came with a warranty and contact card. Setup was so simple. And it works great. I guess my expectations were set low because this is a fair priced walking pad. I was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely buy again, would definitely recommend.

The cons: •The handle bar is pretty low. I’m 5’2” and it only goes to my hips, so when I put my phone on it to watch something as I walk, my neck is angled pretty far down. •The walking pad itself feels short and narrow. Again, even being only 5’2”, I’m still often worried about my feet slipping off the back, so I stay super concentrated on my foot placement with every step, which makes it hard for me to get in the zone listening to a book or watching a show. If you’re taller, you might want to consider finding a walking pad that’s a bit longer. The pros: •If you’re looking for a simple, affordable alternative to a treadmill for walking, this will do the job! •There is very little to assemble, which I was able to do 8 months pregnant. •The walking pad itself is pretty quiet and you can turn the sound off so you don’t hear the beeps. This is a good deal for what you get. It has its flaws but it does the job!

This is a great treadmill to get some extra steps in. It's easy to move around and doesn't take up much space!

I wasn't really sure what to expect from such a tiny treadmill. My only experiences with treadmills are the giant ones at the gym. Such a cool, compact little machine. Slides easily under the bed to store. Very well built and it seems as long as you take care of it (follow oiling instructions) it should last a good, long time. Very happy so far.

I really don't like to give negative reviews but this involves safety issues. I am not a big man, 5'5". This is much smaller than it appears making balance critical, especially since it has no lanyard emergency stop. I wouldn't dare go faster than 2 mph and with no side boards if your foot slips to the floor down you go with a still moving treadmill. We have had it 2 days and I have fallen twice followed by a chaotic scramble to get off with a belt sill moving under me. My tiny wife said she will continue to use with a very slow walk but I'm satisfied with the bruises I have already collected and grateful it wasn't worse. The description assigned to this product by Amazon is incorrect. This is the manual incline, 1-5 mph, Model CLTM030.

Sometimes you cannot buy things just because of the price. The handlebar is extremely low. I am 56 and it is way too low to hold onto comfortably and you have to look down at your phone the whole time you’re walking. The handlebar also doesn’t fold down for easy storage. You have to take it off. Also wish this had a wheels on it to move easier.
