I had a problem with the ultrasonic not working. Heated fine but zero vibration. I contacted the company and after some emailing, they decided to send me a couple circuit boards. I took the unit apart and as I was starting to replace the plug and play circuit boards, I noticed the main plug wasn’t tight. I replaced both parts anyway since the display wasn’t working. Now everything works as it should. I complained about having to repair it myself, they gave me a half price refund of $70.00 bucks and I have a working unit!!! Very good costumer service!!!! I’m happy. There was no soldering and it truly was plug and play.

This thing really does a nice job of cleaning. Used it on a full rack of carbs and lots of small parts for an old Honda motorcycle and it did a great job of cleaning things up. Simple to use and it works great.

I don't like that the heating element doesn't have an automatic timer on it. The users manual specifically says to not heat for more than 30 minutes every hour so why not incorporate a timer into the heater to prevent it from overheating? I have another one from Vevor, same size/model that has a timer on it...why the difference?
