Brilliant TV, amazing picture, super good value for money - brilliant install experience too
Our telly broke last Sunday after 10 years of use so after a bit of research, I bought this along with the Amazon basics TV wall bracket - the whole process has been smooth and easy from start to finish. The telly - really impressive for the price - the 4K picture is sharp with dolby vision adding depth and detail to whatever you’re watching - watched the Back to the Future trilogy at the weekend and they looked fantastic - the colours are vibrant without being overblown - watched Netflix on Sunday night and my daughter was watching YouTube videos on Monday while I was working from home - the picture looks great. The VIDAA system is simple and it comes loaded with all the essential apps - Netflix, Disney+, NOW TV, YouTube, Freely - wish Sky was on there though. The install service - I opted for free the installation add-on and I’m so glad I did - the installer was a guy named James, he turned up on time, was super friendly, professional and clearly knew what he was doing - I was his 8th stop of the day and that's what he was doing all the time - deliveries and installations. He mounted the telly securely on the Amazon basics wall bracket I also bought. But it wasn’t just a wall mount job - he went the extra mile - he connected and set up my Sky box, Blu-ray player and made sure everything was properly wired - hooked it all up to my router, updated the firmware and checked the apps were working - he gave everything a thorough test and made sure all the inputs worked and the TV was calibrated - he tidied up cables neatly and gave me a few tips about the settings. To top it off, he was just a genuinely nice bloke - we ended up having a bit of a talk and it a very hot day so we had an ice cold Pepsi while he worked - it honestly felt like having a mate round rather than just a delivery/install job - you really can’t ask for better service. If you’re considering this TV, I would definitely recommend - the picture and sound punch way above the £250 odd price - the install service took all the stress out of the equation too.

Great decent TV for the price👍. But the speakers are poor 👎
I purchased a 65-in version of this TV overall I'm very happy with the purchase but there's one or two niggles with it. First of all the TV speakers are very tiny and not very good but just about acceptable but you can get better sound if you turn off the digital processes like digital bass boost and surround sound and one or two others. I advise anyone who appreciates decent sound I would invest in a sound bar. Also every time you go to the picture settings you get an energy warning sign on screen if you need to adjust the settings which is just irritating. There is no Freeview but replaced with freely so far has been hit and miss because the picture keep freezing every so often and pixelating on the free HD channels like BBC iTV channel 4 and 5 and I never had this problem on my old Toshiba with the aerial with Freeview. Also it doesn't give you the option to swap from freely back the Freeview which would like to see. Hisense told me it may be a bad signal from my aerial or internet for the unstable freely but that is not true the signal was 100% and broadband is working fine. Easy to install and to set up that was not a problem. Picture quality I must say is excellent at this price point and I didn't expect to get OLED quality for £389. There are different picture settings to choose from but I would advise in my opinion to go into the picture settings and tweak them they get the right colour brightness and contrast etc to your personal taste. Full HD is excellent quality and 4K HDR+10 and Dolby vision can be outstanding👍 if you got the right picture settings and as I said just play around a bit with the settings and if you're using a fire stick or similar make sure you set the HDMI input to the enhanced mode in the settings and this will up scale the picture quality. There is a small amount of screen bleed around some parts of the edges in dark scenes but this is to be expected at this price point for this type of TV but hopefully that will settle down in time. Yes overall I would recommend this tv for the price but invest in a sound bar even a cheap basic one would be a lot better than the internal speakers and I'm not exaggerating 👎😄. UPDATE 18/07/25. I've received an software update and now the freely is working fine.👌

Highly recommend UHD TV
Initially bought 1 of these TVs and once setup and installed, I bought another 2 for my son's houses. The quality of these TV is stunning. The 50" screen size and picture quality is amazing. Vidaa software, preloaded with free access to so many movies and TV series. More importantly, Vidaa allows you to watch freeview channels without the need for an aerial. The sound isn't as bad as some of the reviewer have mentioned. However, given the overall quality, high specifications, built-in compatibility feathues and great price, attaching a soundbar is an easy addition to complement this wonderful piece of technology. Highly Recommended

Wow. A really Great TV for under £250.
I was pleasantly suprised how good this TV was. Given I Paid £239 incl the Amazons £30 voucher it applied for me. I recently replaced a 9 year old LG 55" Smart TV which was 1080p (4k upscale). This true 4k with the pixel count. I checked a 4k UHD youtube video and it was excellent. The picture is simply amazing for the price. The sound is Loud. Now I know people mention sound being tinny but for someone changing up a TV and our living room isnt that big, its well adequate. All the apps are preinstalled. Literally just need to QR code with your phone (which I have prime, youtube and netflix on already) the apps to login. I was setup with the internet and ready to watch TV in 13minutes from unboxing (its sad I timed it?). Considering the price point I wasnt expecting much, as right before christmas a child damaged the old one.. But Wow, what an epic change up. If you have an older TV 8+years old and were considering a changeup, then take a look at this. Hisense used to be poor back in the day, but it seems theyve come a long way and certainly wouldnt hesitate getting another. Excellent options for displays as well depending what your doing. Quickly tried out the PS5 with a decent hdmi cable too and it looks epic. 5/5 without even thinking about it. (ohh and the kids have Vidaa TVkids as well, another decent option outside of subscriptions and only safe content within. Nice!)

Solid TV
I got the Hisense 43” 4K TV for my grandmother and me to use, and it’s worked out really well. She mainly watches her regular shows, and she’s had no trouble using it the remote is clear, the menu is simple, and she figured it out quickly. For me, the picture looks great for movies and streaming, and it works nicely for gaming too. It’s smooth enough, and the colours look really good. Sound is fine for everyday use, and setup only took a few minutes. Overall, it’s a solid TV for the price and perfect for both easy day-to-day watching and casual gaming.

Great quality
The Tv arrived is secure packaging and was easy to set up. Image quality is amazing and it is packed with features. The size is great for our lounge and the VIDAA app can be downloaded on your phone to control the tv when you can’t find the remote!
