this is an amazing product! My husband has allergies to both gluten and lactose. He seems to get an inflammatory response to either/both. He has not totally given up either but when he has a problem taking this product alleviates it completely. I take it too occasionally and it just makes me feel good. Last night we both woke up in the middle of the night and felt we were going to have difficulty falling back to sleep (...this happens often.) on an impulse I suggested we take one of these and we both fell back asleep right away. As this claims it is for allergies I just have to conclude there are more things out there that we react to than we realize..so .this may be just good for healthy life in general.

This product is a miracle. After taking steroid inhalers for three weeks for my allergy-based cough, I tried Perimine on the advice of my naturopath, 5 pills 3 times a day because my cough was so entrenched. It worked in about a week though I could tell it was helping within a few days. Now I am trying a much lower maintenance dose for allergy season.

I've been dealing with a chronic cough for decades now & tried all kinds of inhalers, steroids, cough suppressants, antihistamines, decongestants, antidepressants that tone down irritated nerves and natural supplements up the wazoo. I took 1 of these pills and 12 hours later? I haven't coughed once! Dumbfounded and impressed. EDIT: I'm on my 2nd bottle. I take 2 tabs in the AM and 1 tab in the PM. I am cough free and very grateful for finding this stuff. 2nd Edit. They raised the price again to $57.20. I've found less expensive yet equally effective perilla seed oil from other companies & brands. EDIT: I ordered a bottle last week but incorrectly received Metagenics D3 Complex. I called Amazon Customer Service & got a refund. I ordered another bottle of Perimine and AGAIN they delivered me another bottle ofD3 Complex

…Who knew the seed has been used as a treatment for overactive Mast cell responses?!? My nutritionist…that’s who. Thank you! Had to start w the smallest sliver to titrate. I already have had good luck controlling for exposures, going this helps w what I can’t manage to avoid (driving and smelling diesel, the lawn mowers, peoples laundry. What ever triggers lerk EVERYWHERE in modern life).
