OLIGHT Odin GL 1500 Lumens Picatinny Rail Mount Rechargeable Tactical Flashlight with Green Beam and White LED Combo, Removable Slide Rail-Mount and Dual-Button Remote Pressure Switch (Black)

Its top shelf equipment except for the battery being rechargeable. I'd rather use throw-aways. This is my second OLight with a remote switch. Its very positive and tactile and yet light on the touch. Its much easier to operate than my SureFire which requires something akin to a death grip on the remote and its less than half the price. Oh, and you get a green laser sight to boot. This is a Chinese company that is making pretty good equipment.

This Olight Odin GL M Tactical light is awesome the brightness, quality are great. It only took a few minutes to install and have it working. I definitely plan on buying a couple more in the future for my other weapons.

My 3rd Olight. I also have the Warrior 3 and the Warrior Mini 2. I love them all. The Odin works great on my M1A Scout Squad. In case anyone was wondering, yes you can remove the pressure pad from the picatinney rail quite easily. It just pops out. Then just mount it to the forend with hook and loop (I don't think I'm supposed to say the brand name here. Lol.)

This would easily be a five star review if I could figure out how to take the slack out of the mount. The quick detach mount is a dream, only that it doesn't create a solid lock up for the unit. The little variation it has makes the laser feature useless. If using this on a rifle, that variance equals nearly three or more inches at 25 plus yards. I will continue to look for a fix and wait to hear from customer service. If I get an answer on how to solve that, I will be sure to come back and change this review.

Worth the money. Been using this for a while now and its great. Green laser is badass and the brightness is amazing. Very reliable. Great buy.

Very sturdy and bright

I use some very high end illuminators. From gov issues versions to contractor employed. This ligs, tho in the proce range of some pretty well proven versions, does perform well both on a duty tool and on training/loner tools. I always recommend that you go thru and locate anything that will be active for hard use. These certainly are no different. There was a time initially where we saw some of these have secure issues, as screws and materials had failed while being used. Since then, we've not had issues with these...tho we have had some recall issues as well as failures to a favored headlamp of the same company. With three problems in quick succession, after years of edc use, I've began to lose faith in using these nore than I had been. That's a let down because I carry three of this brand for emergency uses, in my vehicles. As well, I give them out in numerous versions, to our kids, and family, to have at their ready. Again, almost all of those have performed flawlessly. From deep snow and cold, to hot and VERY wet. Even mounting them as flashers for alert duties, to those in need. So, I have to be assured at their ability to get those I love, thru a need. For now, I will continue using those which have given me good service. I've certainly maintained the high end lights. And they are also still being used. Far more than they had. Not because they do MORE better...just because resubcies are key, when I have to be sire that things are available. 2 is 1, one is none. Pick up the pace and start being competitive again O. I hope to be a loyal client for years. I'd hate to be proven differently.
