I believe that this compound has essentially eliminated my knee pain. I have been taking Osteo Bi-flex for quite some time for joint pain--I am 63. I purchased bottle of Arthrocen Joint Health Avocado Supplement (300Mg) because I was real tired of my trick left-shoulder which really ached. Also, my right-hand thumb joint had been hurting for years. Typical old-guy issues. The price was not high for the bottle so -- why not? I've taken almost all the bottle and will order more because -- voila'! -- my shoulder is just fine now! No pain! My thumb-joint still aches but nothing like before. I can actually grab tight the bars and grab-handles at the gym! Besides we can never get enough avocados, right? Recommended.
