I saw this kit online and couldn't resist wanting to give it a try. I wanted to add these to my holiday goodies that I give out and I'm so happy I did. This is very easy to use. It came with a skimmer, a thermometer, a sugar duster, and attachments. The kit was so thoughtfully and beautifully put together and the items are fantastic quality. The directions were clear and the recipes delicious. This kit would also make a terrific gift. The value for what you receive is outstanding. Give it a try, it won't disappoint.

We used the classic rosettes recipe, and overall things turned out pretty great! The instructions were clear. I didn't need to watch the video to understand how to use this kit. That said, it is a good resource to include for anyone who is a visual learner. The materials provided were useful; I already had a skimmer spoon, but this one was of comparable quality. I most appreciated the rosette iron handle, 3 iron options, and deep-fry thermometer as I did not have any of these previously. When I was ready to make the wafflettes, I didn't realize that I'd need to add chilling time so we ended up eating them later in the day than anticipated. I was able to make over 30 decent looking wafflettes plus a half tray of less appealing wafflettes, so the estimated serving size noted in the recipe card is accurate. The only downside is that it took longer than anticipated (1 hour 45 minutes) to make the wafflettes since you can only make one at a time. Fortunately, they were a tasty treat! They freeze and reheat well too!

This did surpass my expectations. It will be a set I pass down to my daughter. Top quality easy to clean. Sturdy and works very well.

Beautiful item!! Excellent, economical shower or apartment/house warming gift. Especially if no one ever heard of it! : ) I have, well, because I'm old. But believe me- it's good! Very nice gift, for yourself or anyone!
