Citizen watches are normally well-designed and built. I have been using Citizen watches for years and have not been disappointed. The contrast between the black dial and the gold second and hour hands allows you to read the dial and tell the time. The band design is good and of the same quality as the watch itself. The predictable quality of the Citizen brand makes it a much safer bet than the new group of fashion watches that are inundating the market. This classic quartz watch is good value for the money.
