Knife is pretty dull, and even after using a sharpening tool, didn't cut like advertised. I have a set of Wolf Gang Puck kitchen knives that I've had for over 10 years, that still cut beautifully. Was hoping that this would too, since it was advertised with the Men with Pots knives...

La hoja es de una manufactura suprema y el área de corte y filo es equilibrada. Las rugosidades proximales permiten deslizar el cuchillo en los diferentes alimentos. Únicamente llegó con poco filo de fabricación pero eso se remedió fácilmente con mi piedra japonesa para afilar. Tan es así que cortando papas con un pequeño pinchazo me sangró el dedo. Viene con un pequeño estuche de piel con seguro de broche para colgar al cinto y para protegerlo.

Hasta ahora tiene muy buen agarre y filo. Espero sea duradero. Aunque lo esperaba más grande.

La hoja tiene buen peso y el filo se siente bien definido Apenas lo voy a utilizar para destazar pescados ( mojarras) a ver qué tal aguanta el filo!!
