This product worked great to patch the deteriorated areas around the skimmer where it was leaking. No more leaks and it’s been 2 weeks since I did the patch area. I highly recommend this product.

This item is not at all what they say it is.. advertised as a clueless patch but comes with 2 sticks of glue!? The pictures make it look like a quality vinyl but it is far from it.. similar consistency and stick to packing tape.. boo

This worked for me (so far). My use is really just cosmetic. Some of my epoxy paint separated from the galvanized and I had a big ugly metal spot in the middle of the pool. I didn't want to do a new paint job yet so I'm seeing this as a temporary patch. As you see in the picture, it is not a direct match for my paint, but it's an upgrade over looking at a patch of galvanized metal. The vinyl is fairly thin and the sticky side seems to adhere pretty well to my surfaces (galvanized metal and sanded epoxy paint) but I suspect this would not work as a patch. Just applied so we'll see how long it lasts.

I basically bought this big patch as an extra protective patch behind the stairs in my pool. It is just an extraPrecaution and it seems to be workingso far. Helps me sleep better at night.

Great for smaller holesbigger tears in which the instruction advises you at add the adhesion glue create large wrinkles in the sticky material

Complete and total garbage for above ground pool repair. Self adhesive is a joke and they don’t mention that the glue they provide will dissolve your surface so don’t try to use it! This product isn’t made for pool liners or pool toys as it dissolves the material. Amazon should ban this as it’s you going to destroy many vinlyl surfaces. Shame on seller and Amazon

This would work good for floats and pools if drained. It DOES NOT work for under water patches so please don’t buy if that’s what you need.

It’s just a patch—but it’s thick, doesn’t crinkle, and it works. I used it as a base layer to cover the top end of my liner, then put a new border over it. So far, so good. Pool’s holding, and I haven’t had to drain it for a new liner yet. That’s a win.Simple fix, and I’m back in the water.
