I don't remember why i started taking fenugreek, but I'm glad i did. I am perimenopause and i really feel this helps to 'balance' my hormones. I'm not having major menopausal symptoms, but things like anxiety, night flushes and sweats and irregular periods all seem much better with this. I trialled HRT earlier this year and felt a bit bloated and lardy on it, so i stopped and switched back to fenugreek. I take 3 caps a day. My periods have returned and are regular and i feel much better in myself. Im not saying its an alternative to seeing your doc if you're really having a miserable menopause, and HRT offers A LOT for women as they get older, but my own experience is, that fenugreek has helped me. There's a 'maple syrup' taste to it which some people say you start to smell of, but that's not my experience, you do get a slight taste of it occasionally, but it's not unpleasant. All in all the quality of this product seems good, the service and delivery was fantastic and they're easy to swallow.

Seem to be of good quality - I never, or rarely, notice any effect I can attribute to a particular supplement.

I bought them to help with lactation and milk supply, not sure if its actualy helped with that at all as iv been struggling with it since having my son. But in general i feel better taking them I have more energy i feel better in myself and my skin has been improving along with my hair strength. They dint really taste of much but i do get a slight plastic taste afterwards and as the day goes on i do find i can taste the fenugreek seeds which taste slightly like curry but overall they are really good and i will be repurchasing again.

I bought these capsules to increase my breast milk supply, and from that viewpoint it did an amazing job. But it does have a strong odour, and I’m very sensitive to odours, so I could only take it for 3 days, because I was disgusted by my own smell

With fenugreek, it’s far cheaper to buy it already ground or buy the seeds and ground them yourself then take it mixed with water. It isn’t really a pleasant drink so taking it capsule form is far easier and less time consuming. The benefits of fenugreek are documented so it’s worth supplementing with it. As well as taking the powdered seeds you should also take the leaf of the plant, dried or fresh Methi leaf.

I am waiting to see if we get any benefits my only problem is I smell of curry all time even though I shower every day I wake up smelling
