After using for over a week, cleaning is necessary, and we find it easy to clean. We are glad that we bought this coffee machine. We don't have any issues so far. This product to replace my old ice machine. Nugget ice is great to have takes a while for. The ice to start forming, but once it starts, it produces very fast. The machine comes with a ice pack, all extra overflow of ice, which allows you to create a back up bag in your freezer for the price. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys that good taste of sonic ice

Do Not Buy, absolute garbage. The item description very clearly states the product is a 20 Bar Espresso, but the box it arrived in states it is a 15 Bar Espresso. I've tried for the last 4 days to get it to brew coffee by adjusting the grind sizes, the types of coffee, and the amount of coffee in the portafilter but it will not brew coffee. Looks nice and looks well built but if It can't make Espresso (The reason I bought it) then what good is it?

Surprising quality for such a low price, works as advertised. There is a lack of adjustments that I would like to have but a solid choice.

This Espresso machine’s quality is pretty much better and has a great comparison with the topper brand. The temperature warm up very fast, even if I used the steamer for the milk, the espresso pressure comes up right after. It kicks in pretty fast. The taste of the espresso I still need to test out with my bean, but I pretty much have it setup after second try. The setup is very easy and nice. Not too big and not too small, fit my space perfectly. I been wanting to get a lower brand espresso machine. Also been seeking for so long, I have tried several one as well, none of them are better than this one. Very valuable to my money and time and effort. Highly recommend if you want a cheaper version of espresso machine

I love love this machine! My little, simple espresso machine recently died and I decided to upgrade. I’m so glad I did! This baby brews such good coffee and makes delicious lattes! It took me a bit to get the precise brew and foam I like, but once I figured that out, it’s wonderful! Love all I have to do I push a couple of buttons and then heat and foam my milk for a quick, easy and delicious latte!
